If your child has recently enrolled in Holy Trinity School, welcome to the family!  Here is some information you will need to get started.

School Speak – Register when you pay General Fee

School Speak is the way that the school shares announcements, assignments, and grades with parents.  To register, please return the yellow form that you received with your acceptance letter when you pay your General Fee.  The school office will use the form to set up your account, and you will be emailed the information you need to log into the website.

FACTS

FACTS is the way Holy Trinity School manages your tuition payments.  Each family must set up an account to specify their payment options.  You will enter your bank account information on the FACTS secure website, or you may use a credit card for an additional fee.  You can also specify when you want to make your payments.

Volunteer Hours Requirement

Each family is responsible for 40 volunteer hours to the school or parish, between May 1, 2023 and April 30, 2024.  Any uncompleted hours will be billed at $10 per hour.  There are numerous opportunities to volunteer your time throughout the year.  You can also earn hours by donating goods when there is a request; every $10 you spend count as an hour.

You report your hours monthly by submitting a completed form.

Fundraising Requirement

Ways to Participate in Fundraising

1. Buy scrip (see below)
2. Gift Wrap fundraiser
3. Cookie Dough fundraiser
4. Candy Drive fundraiser
5. Popcorn fundraiser
6. One time payment August 2023
7. Fundraising taken out each month with tuition payment

First half of the fundraising must be completed by October 30, 2023
Second half of the fundraising must be completed by April 30, 2024

Scrip

Scrip gift cards can be purchased at the school.  There is nothing to sell, you simply purchase a gift card for a business and the school earns a percentage of the purchase (which is applied towards your fundraising requirement).  With distance learning in place, scrip is available for purchase Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.  When school returns to a normal schedule, scrip is available for purchase every school day.  The scrip window is located to the right of the entrance of the school.

There are several online options to purchase scrip:

RaiseRight – To register, click on “Join a Program” and use Enrollment Code 569C22171L176.

Ralphs Rewards – You must re-register your account to benefit Holy Trinity School every September 1st.

Merchant Script Program – Write a check at a local participating business, made out to Holy Trinity Scrip, and they will give a portion of your purchase back to the school.  This is an option for Norman’s, when you purchase school uniforms.
