The 2018 archery season has begun. The archery team doesn’t play in a league, but are always finding other schools to compete with. The coaches were Joy Burkhardt and Mr. Wiley. I interviewed team member, Reed Burkhardt, about this year’s team. Reed has won 3 of his 3 competitions this year and says he can’t remember his number of times hitting the bullseye count, because it was to many. There is good chemistry and vibes between the 16 member team. One of his favorite quotes about archery is “It’s one thing shooting an arrow and it’s one thing to shoot it well.” Good luck to our archery team!
