Michael DiBernardo, son of Mike and the late Betty DiBernardo, has been selected as Mary Star of the Sea High School’s Valedictorian. He is a 2005 graduate of Holy Trinity School. Michael has maintained academic excellence throughout his four years at MSHS with AP courses. He has been ranked number one in the class since his freshman year. Michael also received awards in the following:
Principal’s Honor Roll each grading period from 2005-2009; National Honor Society California Scholarship Federation: Seal bearer; National Latin Exam: Silver Medal Award – Maxima Cum Laude; CIF Scholar Athlete 2008-2009; Southern Region President Award – Educational; Excellence Department Award in AP Government and AP Calculus of his senior year; Valedictorian – 2009
Michael was accepted at UCLA, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, USC and Long Beach State. He has elected to pursue the sciences at UCLA (Letters and Science School) and will be taking honors classes.
