Elementary School Application

Students are admitted in accordance with the admission policy of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles.

Holy Trinity School will give preference to the members of the parish.  Students hoping to attend Holy Trinity School must complete an application for enrollment form, present certificates of Baptism and any other sacraments received, present a copy of report cards from previous schools, copy of the parish envelope, birth certificate, and pay the required non-refundable application for enrollment fee.  Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old by October 1st.  Students entering 1st Grade must be 6 years old by October 1st.
